REVIEWS FROM OUR GUESTS

"We had the most fantastic time staying in Moringa. It's evident from the incredible design that this house was built by someone with impeccable taste, managing to capture the infectious character of the island whilst also being spoilingly luxurious. Waking up to see that view every morning was absolute heaven. Another huge thank you to Javal and Natesha who couldn't have been more welcoming and friendly as well as being incredible cooks. I look forward to coming back soon!"

"We had a very special stay at Moringa over Christmas 2015. The house combines exceptional style with all the comforts and 'mod cons' you would expect. Natesha and Javal are an absolute delight, balancing attentiveness without being intrusive. Not only do they cook delicious food and look after you exceptionally well, but they also know everything to do on the island and everyone that you need to know to make it happen. But, taking all of these things for granted the real magic of Moringa is in the location and the views - you literally want to reach out and touch the scene everyday - you cannot fail to be inspired and feel sprinkled by a little Bequia Magic when staying at Moringa."

"I don't think words can quite describe our experience at Moringa. From the second we arrived and were handed the most delicious and beautiful cocktails we utterly relaxed into this idyllic place. The first thing that took our breath away were the views over the other islands and Atlantic ocean, which unbelievably you can see from pretty much every single room on the property. The property itself is stunning with no detail left unattended. Natesha and Javal (who live in a separate area on the property) keep Moringa to a high standard and their cooking is wonderful. We were introduced to local cooking and ingredients which we, including our three boys (5,7,9) devoured and loved.

All in all, without a doubt, one of the best vacations we have every had and we cannot recommend Moringa highly enough. We will definitely be returning!"

"Upon arrival it becomes very clear that Moringa is a unique house presenting even better than the website would suggest.   All the rooms are incredibly spacious, wonderfully designed and with spectacular views of the Caribbean.   Javal and Natesha provide an unrivalled level of service and their knowledge of the island merely enhances the holiday.   We would thoroughly recommend a visit"

There is no winding down or time needed to relax into holiday mode at Moringa - it all happens in the first five minutes.  Shoes kicked off, Javal’s rum punch slipping down easily as we gaze over the spectacular views across to Mustique -  home, work and airports are already forgotten.

Every comfort has been considered here, wonderful beds, towels, sofas and cushions made it feel like our own tropical home from home.  There’s plenty of space to spread out and find a quiet spot in which to read, play a game, listen to music or watch TV, or gather together to share a drink and chat at the end of the day.

Nestled into the hillside, Moringa has some of the very best views on Bequia and it has been cleverly designed so that every room enjoys long distance views over the sea and nearby islands.  Lying in bed and watching Friendship Bay wake up below us was the perfect start to the day.  Followed by a pre-breakfast swim and more gazing out to sea over the edges of the infinity pool.  Breakfast might have been in the garden, lush with tropical plants and fruit, or on the terrace overlooking the sea depending on what amount of sun or breeze we wanted. We had a few fun meals out in bars or restaurants but our dinners by the pool, prepared by Javal and Natesha won hands down on the culinary front.  Delicious fresh fish and imaginative recipes using local vegetables as well as some very wicked puddings, made our evenings “at home” very special.  We tried to earn our meals (and our rum punch) by walking up and down to Port Elizabeth which is quite hard work but worth it just for the reward of relaxing back into the tranquility of the house and the pleasure of a poolside lounger.

We couldn’t have been more comfortable or spoilt.  Thank you for some wonderful memories.
