(In the event of a further outbreak of Covid 19 and flights being cancelled the deposit and final payment will be returned)

HIGH SEASON:  1st December - 30th April

US$ 12,000 per week .

CHRISTMAS - Minimum 2 weeks US$ 14,000 per week. (Booked from 11th December, 2026 - 20th January, 2027)

LOW SEASON:   1st May - 30th November

US$ 10,000 per week

Minimum 1 week booking and 2 weeks over Christmas Holidays 

(Sleeps up to 10) 

Rental includes

House manager who will check pool, garden etc and be available for any requests.

Housekeeper 5 days a week. Additional help on request

Airport transfers.
